Earthwise Beauty Resiliency Serum Review

There are a lucky few that have the type of skin that requires literally no effort to look smooth, clear and radiant, and then there are those (me) whose skin requires a dozen products in order to achieve the same results.

While it may take a bit of trial and error to find what works for your skin, one thing I do know is that if you are struggling with uneven or rough texture, breakouts, congestion, hyperpigmentation (ie red marks from blemishes linger long after the pimple has gone or sun spots), then your skin would probably benefit from some sort of Vitamin A.

For blemish-prone skin, see here.

The star ingredient of the Resiliency Serum is carrot seed oil, rich in vitamin A (similar results to retinol) and wonderful for clearing blemishes, evening the skin tone, fading hyperpigmentation and giving the skin a healthy glow!

This serum has a gel-like texture, is incredibly cooling and aloe-based. The effect is firming, brightening, with anti-inflammatory German blue chamomile and spearmint to reduce puffiness, irritation and redness, and helichrysum (Italian everlasting), for its regenerating & brightening properties.

Apply it after your toner and it sinks right in. Let it absorb for a minute or so before following with a balm, oil or moisturiser.
You will only need 2-3 drops — any more and you may overdo it, especially for sensitive skin.

I use this once a day, in the morning or evening, and it’s enough to keep my skin consistently clear, radiant, evenly toned, smooth and free of breakouts. Depending on your skin and concerns, allow approx 4wks to start seeing results.

If I do get a blemish, I may apply it twice per day or use the resiliency serum as a spot-treatment to help prevent or heal the blemish faster.

This is one of the best products to happen to my skin, and one of the only ways I can keep it consistent and happy long-term. Although it is pricey, it’s well worth it in my opinion as I need to use less of other products, and even require less or no foundation when it comes to makeup.
